How to Track Your Order?
After placing the order on our website, you can view your order information by the following steps.
1). click the “login” link on our website:
2). Fill in your right account information to log in your account:
3) Find your order
a. Click “View your order history”link
b. Click “View” link
c. Check order information
Order Status Description:
Pending: The order is waiting for process
Processed: The order is being processed
Shipped: The package has been shipped out.
Canceled: The order has been canceled
Refunded: The order has been refunded
