I placed an order on the 15th (five days ago), and I have not heard anything back. The order # is 31375. What is the status of this order?

Reply:Hi, It is in processing, now as the Halloween hot season, the processing time is longer than usual. 1.About Processing Time Almost all the costumes on our site are custom made, that means we will start making the suits after someone ordered. What we said “In stock” means the fabric in stock, we could make the suit for you, not means we could ship the item to you once you ordered. Costumes: Processing Time: 2-3 Working Days (Usually) Processing Time: 3-7Working Days (Hot Season, September- October) Processing Time: 5-7 Working Days (Custom Design, Complex Design, PVC/Latex Fabric) So I think we will ship on next week at latest, if you need urgnetly, please tell me. I ordered a custom-sized costume two days ago and my order status just says "complete". I was wanting to know the real status of my order. My order number is 31247.

Reply:Hi, Firstly, very sorry make you in troubles. Complete means what you need to do is finished, and the next steps are we need to do. So once you ordered and paid successful, the status will be complete. But the suit is not in stock, and need to make after you ordered, and as time different, so we could not processing your suit once after you ordered. Usualy, within 24 hours, we will send the order information to the factory, and the suit will be wait for processing in order, and then the status will be changed to Processing. And after the suit has been done, we will ship the suit to you, and after we shipped, the status changed to shipped, and we will also send the tracking number to you. Now as for printing suits, the processing time is longer than usual, about 3-7 working days. Best wishes, Herostime.com

Hello I ordered my costume on the 9th September, I paid extra £16 to have it delivered within 3-4 days. I got a text saying it will delivered by 19th September. I need this costume by the 17th September at least as I was supposed to using it Sunday 18th September. Any chance you could deliver it sooner? As I paid specifically for it to be delivered 3-4 days later, like it said it would be. I'm sorry if this causes any inconvenience but I need this costume for 18th September. Thank you.
