Thank you for taking the time to read my message, I had a similar issue of ordering a costume under a "Guest" Profile, and after registering I am not able to view my order (#2463) through my "Order History", is there another way to track the order at any time?

Reply:Hi Carri, Thanks for your order. if you make order under a "guest" profile, you can not see your order history. but you can email us or leave message, we can tell you the order status. you order(#2463) will be shipped today or tomorrow, after we ship it out, we will send you email with the shipping information, so that you can track the shipping information

I had a question about my order #2246 I just wanted to message and ask if i will be receiving the items before September 20th? If you can just send the outfit first and the boots later so we can pick up the order speed that would be great, I am willing to pay for extra shipping fee, I just need it here September 20th for a cosplaying convention, and I ordered it over 2 weeks ago.

Hi. I am going to place an order for 7 pairs of boots ( no custom made) and I see I get FREE SHIPPING because my order comes out to $333.69. That being said, will I get the fastest shipping method with this order or will you guys ship out standard. How long will this order take to arrive at my door after placing the order? Thank you for reading and I hope I can get a quick response.

Reply:Hi Carlos, Thanks for your interesting on our products. after you make the order , we need 5-7 days to make the boots. and if you choose the Free Shipping method, we will use the standard shipping method.it will cost 5-7 days for shipping. if you choose the fastest shipping, it will cost 3-4 days for shipping.

I ordered a costume under a guest and didn't set up a profile. I also have yet to receive an email stating the status of my package and when it will be here. It has been about a week and still no news. What should I do?
