I ordered the costume for my son three weeks before Halloween. A week before Halloween, I hadn’t heard it had shipped, so I emailed them and was told it could be shipped and arrive a week after. They asked me if that would be okay and I asked if there was any way I could get it before Halloween. This was on a Friday and I had the costume that following Monday! No questions asked, they just handled it! The customer service was prompt, professional, and took care of everything! My son LOVES it! We ordered the removable mask, which is very nice and convenient. The fingers on the gloves are a bit difficult for him to get his fingers into, but are fine once we do. Ultimately, I do think it’s a testiment to the quality of the fitting. Would definitely recommend!

Suit is AMAZING! My 9 yr old is SO happy. I was alittle concerned as I had no contact after I order was placed/ processed. However, I used the online chat an agent who pulled up my account and prioritized my order. I was worried as it's getting close to a Halloween. I paid for express shipping and it arrived in 3 days. Thank you so much. My young can't wait til it fits him! Will definitely order from Herostime again!

AMAZING just amazing... Me and my son came home and we seen the package and he was so excited. The package was suppose to come on Oct.10 and came early what a good suprise. Very good fabric and fits just right this is the best Halloween store. My son is five so I did the custom size in 4ft. So it wouldn't be to fitted. Thank you HEROSTIME

This was by far one of the best costumes I have ever purchased!!!! The quality of material was great and it was a little big for my son but we make it work and he get so many compliments. One thing that I will say is the red material ends up rubbing off on anything she wears underneath the costume so be careful!!!!! We will be ordering from heroestime again :)

It fits perfectly and he gets compliments all the time. The one thing I will say is don't wear any clothes underneath the costume because the red dye rubs off onto clothing.
